西门子（深圳）磁共振有限公司（SSMR）于2002年植根中国，是西门子医疗的独资子公司。公司位于深圳高新技术园区，占地面积超过四万平方米。业务范围涵盖MR（磁共振成像系统）、AT（临床治疗系统）以及CV（医疗器械零部件），是一家集研发、生产、物流、市场、客户服务于一体的高新技术企业

发展经历：

在西门子医疗的全球战略支持下，SSMR迅速成长为除西门子MR事业部德国总部以外的最大研发及生产中心和西门子磁共振事业部同时拥有磁共振系统整机研发和生产能力的全球基地。

为满足全球客户对医疗产品日益增长的需求，西门子医疗在继续扩充深圳的MR研发和生产规模的同时，于2012年伊始在西门子磁共振园相继建立AT和CV事业部的研发生产基地，树立了西门子医疗产业立足深圳、辐射全球的一块重要里程碑。

三大事业部简介：

MR（磁共振）事业部

作为西门子MR全球运营体系的重要组成部分，深圳的MR事业部与德国爱尔兰根总部、英国牛津磁体技术有限公司密切合作，共同研发引领全球磁共振发展潮流的杰出产品。研发团队精英荟萃，拥有从部件到整机的全方位研发实力，研发总人数占公司总人数的四分之一，其中四分之三具备硕士以上学历。SSMR研发和生产的所有磁共振成像系统均面向全球供货，迄今已为全球100多个国家的终端用户提供了数千台具有领先技术和卓越质量的磁共振成像系统。自2012年起，西门子向全球客户交付的MR产品中每三台就有一台出自SSMR，其中70%以上出口，出口前五位国家分别为日本、印度、巴西、美国和韩国。SSMR作为西门子磁共振全球三大总部支持中心之一，为全球售后团队提供疑难问题的技术支持和咨询服务。

AT（临床治疗系统）事业部

AT事业部是除德国总部以外全球唯一的研发创新基地，负责西门子X射线血管造影系统的设计开发、制造及技术支持，同时集市场和物流于一体，目前面向全球近200个国家的客户提供优质产品，主要出口至欧洲、美国、日本及印度。深圳的AT事业部与位于德国弗希海姆(Forchheim) 的AT总部密切合作，不但肩负着生产西门子Artis系列血管造影新产品的任务，同时也是西门子医疗业务全球市场特别是快速发展的新兴市场的重要基地。

CV（医疗器械零部件）事业部

做为磁共振和X射线血管造影系统事业部重要零部件的内部供应商，CV事业部为医疗领域的客户提供具有竞争优势和高性价比的优质产品和解决方案：包括定制的电子系统，高性能成像解决方案以及远程连接解决方案。我们贴近客户、顺应市场、迅速响应，满足全球客户的需求。

MR Process Engineer/工艺工程师

What are my responsibilities?

- Steer definition, development and implementation of production processes.

- Transfer design from R&D to production (New project and Change Request)

- Implement new production technologies regarding PE, documentation and validation etc.

- Develop and maintain production documentation (DMR, Master plan, FMEA etc.) Control the rework of failed components.

- Develop and manage production tooling, equipment.

- Entail PE expert knowledge input to other departments and customer.

- Map for production layout (working area).

- Support to QM to ensure that governmental and internal regulatory are followed.

- Participate supplier audits.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

- Bachelor or Master Degree for science or technology education, major in Cryogenic.

- Superconducting magnet Precool & Test process development. Process monitor according to our quality system and product introduction plans for medical devices.

- Helium management for usage balance, system development.

- Have a strong capability for process development, optimization and troubleshooting; Familiar with quality management knowledge and project development.

- Fluent oral and written English.

- Basic commercial knowledge is must; Have a good capability to coach team member.

- Positive attitude, self-motivated. Able to work under high pressure

- Know how for MR basic knowledge; General ability to cooperate with worldwide partners

MR Equipment Engineer/设备工程师

What are my responsibilities?

- Implement overall maintenance to maintain equipment production productivity with plan.

- Implement calibration management for quality management requirement.

- Implement equipment installation and optimization to meet the needs of production.

- Troubleshoot the production and measurement equipment.

- Manage spare parts of the equipment for maintenance and troubleshooting.

- Review the equipment performance for intended quality requirement.

- Make the maintenance document with process requirement.

- Develop and improve the equipment to promote the equipment productivity.

- Support to QMS to internal and external audit.

- Provide training to improve technology ability.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

- Bachelor or Master Degree for science or technology education, major in mechanical or electrical engineering.

- Have a strong capability for equipment development, optimization and troubleshooting; Familiar with quality management procedure.

- Fluent oral and written English.

- Good communication and interpersonal skill.

- Positive attitude, hard-working. Able to work under high pressure.

MR RF Process Engineer/射频工艺工程师

What are my responsibilities?

- Technological support for the RF production, process monitor according to our quality system and product introduction plans.

- Steering, controlling and coaching the definition, development and implementation of RF production process.

- Transferring design from PLM to production (New project and change request).

- Be responsible for troubleshooting during production and improving quality of product.

- Be responsible for production process optimization and productivity improvement.

- Developing and maintaining production documentation (DMR、Master plan、FMEA etc.)

- Analysis the return reason of return parts and take action to reduce the return rate of RF products.

- Developing tooling、equipment and new technology including documentation and validation.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

- Master degree, majored in RF, Electrical Engineering or mechatronic.
